For organizations
Retired from alcohol April 16, 2025. LDL 212 to 142.
My numbers, not a promise or medical advice.
If you want to offer private coaching to someone on your team, here’s how it works.
How it works
The person books the complimentary call directly with me. You don’t need to arrange it or be on it.
I never share what someone tells me with their employer. I don’t report attendance, progress or anything else.
I can invoice your company as Prepared Sobriety LLC. Every engagement has a written agreement, and I’m glad to sign an NDA.
If you’re an assistant booking for an executive, you can book the call in their name with a personal email.
Fees
- Signature
- $400
- per 60-minute session.
- Monthly retainer
- from $800
- a month for a minimum of 2 hours. Many clients add more, and each added hour is $400. Retainer clients can text me between sessions.
Questions
How is this different from our EAP?
An EAP gives your employees a phone line and a few short-term sessions with an assigned counselor. Coaching with me is one person, me, for as long as it’s useful. I retired from alcohol myself, and I work with people who aren’t in crisis. It’s coaching, not therapy, and it works alongside your EAP.
Can the company pay without knowing who’s using it?
Yes. You buy a block of hours up front. Your employees book directly with me. As hours are used, I can report how many have been drawn down, with no names attached.
